Abandoned Vehicle Reported Stolen

(SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA ON.) – A report of a stolen vehicle from a Waterloo Region Man turned out to be unfounded. The vehicle in question had been left in a live lane on a South Bruce Peninsula road for a number of hours on the third of June. In keeping with the OPP’s mandate of public safety the vehicle was towed from the scene. Efforts to find the owner were not successful as only the home address in Waterloo Region was associated to the vehicle. The man and his vehicle were successfully reunited at a local tow company.
