(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment investigated a single motor vehicle collision at a Norfolk County Road 21, North Walsingham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at approximately 11:23 p.m., officers responded to a single motor vehicle collision.
Through the course of investigation, it has been determined that a green coloured motor vehicle was travelling on Norfolk County Road 21 when the driver lost control and entered the south ditch rolling over.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 31-year-old Aaron Alexander WHITE of Norfolk County, Ontario with fail or refuse to provide sample, impaired driving, novice driver –blood alcohol concentration above zero, two (2) counts of driving while under suspension and use plate not authorized for vehicle.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
