911 Markers Stolen

(BRANT TWP, ON) – On November 20th, 2010, the South Bruce OPP received 2 reports of 911 driveway markers being pulled from the ground along Sideroad 20 North in Brant Township. Sometime between 10:00 pm on November 19th, 2010 and 9:00 am on November 20th, 2010, the signs were removed. Parents and care givers are asked to ensure their youth understand the potential danger associated with this act of mischief. “Delaying emergency responders answering an urgent call by removing a driveway marker can lead to tragic consequences for the person in need”.
