(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), has concluded its investigation into a single motor vehicle crash on June 29, 2013, on Perth Road 131 near Line 59 south of Milverton. In this collision, 9 teenagers sustained injuries as the Cavalier they were travelling in left the roadway and rolled into a ditch. Seven of the vehicle occupants had been situated in the passenger compartment while two 15 year old males were located in the trunk.
Jacob PATERSON (18) of Stratford has been charged with careless driving, G2 licence, Blood Alcohol Concentration above zero, G2 licence, more passengers than seatbelts, person under 19 years consume liquor. He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on August 13, 2013 to answer to these charges.
