On Monday, October 31, 2016 at 8:55 a.m., Waterloo Regional Police responded to a report of a pedestrian hit in the area of Northfield Drive and Skylark Road in Waterloo. A 84-year-old Waterloo man was crossing Northfield Drive West at Skylark Road on a green light when he was struck by a vehicle, being driven by a 35-year-old Waterloo woman. The pedestrian was taken to hospital with minor injuries. The driver has been charged with Fail to Yield to Pedestrian.
