(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment investigated a single motor vehicle collision at a Norfolk Street North, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Monday, January 5, 2014 at approximately 5:45 p.m., Norfolk County OPP, Norfolk County Fire Services and Norfolk County Paramedics responded to the Shoppers Drug Mart after a vehicle collided with the building.
Through investigation it has been determined that a grey coloured Hyundai motor vehicle being operated by an 83 year old female of Fort Erie, Ontario was northbound in the parking lot when the vehicle mounted a curb and struck the front of the building.
No injuries were reported as a result of the collision to the driver of the vehicle, employees or customers of the store however two large windows were damaged.
