(LEAMINGTON, ON) – On July 30, 2016, at approximately 3:35 p.m., Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) members from Leamington responded to a two vehicle head on collision on Seacliff Drive West.
.A Ford Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) travelling west on Seacliff Drive West, struck a Volkswagen passenger vehicle travelling east on Seacliff Drive West near its intersection with Fraser Road.
Both vehicle drivers were taken to an area hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the SUV, an 80 year old Leamington man has been charged with Drive Left of Center on a Curve, contrary to Section 149 (1)(a) of the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
Seacliff Drive West was closed for approximately 45 minutes while police investigated the collision.
