(LUCKNOW, ON) – On August 13, 2014 at 11:41 am, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a 2 vehicle crash at the intersection of Havelock Street and Willoughby Street in Lucknow. Officers arrived to find that a Grey Toyota Camry pulled out into the path of a Blue Ford dump truck that was travelling along Havelock Street. The driver of the Camry, 80 year old Wietze LUINSTRA of Strathroy, was charged with fail to yield to traffic on through highway. There were no injuries reported at the scene.
