(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Tuesday May 22, 2012, shortly after 4 p.m., a 17 year old Municipality of North Perth male was arrested for shoplifting at the Zellers store in Listowel. A Perth County OPP officer processed the male by means of an Appearance Notice for a charge of “theft under $5000. He was released into the custody of his mother and is to appear in Listowel Court on June 27, 2012 to answer to this charge.
