(LAMBTON SHORES, ON) Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a single vehicle driving fatality on private property on Arkona Road, November 30, 2014 before 1:00 p.m. The driver of an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) was alone at the time of the incident when he came upon an obstruction on the path that he was traveling.
While negotiating the obstruction, the ATV flipped over and the operator, a 79 year old Lambton Shores man, died at the scene as a result of the incident. There is no further information at this time and Lambton OPP considers the incident closed.
