(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On March 21, 2015, just after 8:00 p.m., a Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer conducted a traffic stop on a Dodge Caravan on Highway 401 westbound near Puce Road, for a speeding violation. As a result, the 77 year old driver from Hamilton, has been charged with exceeding the posted speed limit of 100 km/hr zone.
Subsequent OPP investigation during the traffic stop also revealed that the driver had been stopped and charged for speeding just minutes prior.
