(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) – On March 20th, 2011 at 2:15 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along the South Line in Kincardine Township saw an east bound Ford Ranger moving very slowly. The officer stopped the truck and found that the driver was drinking alcohol. 74 year old Edgar COOPER of Kinloss Township was charged with Drive motor vehicle with open liquor.
