73 Year Old Drunk Driver Caught

(TAY TOWNSHIP) – On Sunday November 6, 2016 at 4:36 p.m. members of the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial police (OPP) responded to a call of an impaired driver. A male had left a residence in Tay Township in his motor vehicle after consuming alcohol.

The motor vehicle was later stopped on Easton Ave in Tay Township, ON. The male driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested for impaired driving. The vehicle was impounded for seven days.

Jules Adelard BEAUSOLEIL (age 73) of Tay Township, ON has been charged with:

Driving while ability is impaired contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada

Driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of blood contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Midland on November 17, 2016.
