(HURON EAST, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers are investigating the early morning theft of a John Deere farm tractor that was stolen from a farm located on Division Line near Seaforth.
The farm tractor was stolen sometime between 3:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. on June 17, 2015. Those responsible attended the property and entered the unlocked tractor. Once inside the tractor they located the ignition key inside the cab and then proceeded to drive away.
The stolen farm tractor is described as a green & yellow 2007 John Deere, model 7630, 2 wheel-drive, with a 140 horsepower engine. The estimated value of the machine is $70,000.
