(Cavan-Monaghan Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle and investigated the driver yesterday just after 4:00pm.
The vehicle was stopped by officers on Highway 115.
Rae Stanley TAYLOR (age 61) of Otonabee-South Monaghan Township, ON was arrested and charged with:
Care and control of a vehicle with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood
Care and control of a vehicle while impaired
Care and control of a vehicle with an open container of liquor
The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on December 17, 2015.
