60 Year Old Runs Stop Sign – Three Sent To Hospital

(Quinte West, ON) – On August 22nd, 2016, at approximately 8:20am officers from the Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended the intersection of Division Street and King Street in Trenton for what was originally reported as a single motor vehicle rollover collision.

When officers arrived on scene information was that there were two motor vehicle involved in the collision. Quinte West Fire Department attended to the scene to assist with extrication. Hastings-Prince Edward EMS also attended the scene.

Three persons were transported to the hospital by ambulance with minor injuries.

Traffic was slow in the area for approximately one and a half hours until the scene was cleared up.

A 60 year old female from Trenton has been charged with Fail to Stop for a Red Light.
