6 Stihl Chain Saws Stolen

(BLIND RIVER, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment in Blind River is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the person(s) responsible for the theft of six Stihl chain saws from a business on Highway 17 west of Blind River. The chain saws were taken between April 3 and April 7 2015 from the back of truck located in a fenced compound. They have Algoma Forestry engraved on the handle or AAI engraved on the chain guard and have a 12”-18” bar. The value of the missing chain saws is estimated at $4500.00.
