52 Year Old Caught Going 130 in an 80 – Name Released

(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) – On January 28, 2018 at approximately 11:55 a.m., a Wellington County OPP officer was monitoring traffic on the Hanlon Parkway near Stone Road, City of Guelph. The officer observed a female driving a car at a speed that appeared to be well above the posted 80 km/h speed limit. The vehicle was locked on radar in excess of 130km/h.

52-year-old Orly DINAR of Richmond Hill has been charged with Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act and is scheduled to appear in Guelph Provincial Court on March 7, 2018. Her driver’s licence and vehicle were seized for a period of seven days as per statute.
