(Limoges) On May 2nd 2015, members of the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) – Project Paradigm executed a Search Warrant in the town of Limoges, the result of an investigation by the Russell OPP Community Drug Action Team.
Investigators seized 148 cannabis marihuana plants with an estimated street value of 50 000$, a quantity of dry cannabis marihuana and cannabis marihuana grow equipment.
Honor Driscoll (31) from Limoges, was arrested and charged with the following:
Honor DRISCOLL- Possession of a substance in Schedule 2 (cannabis marihuana) C.D.S.A. Section 4(1)
Honor DRISCOLL- Produce a schedule 2 substance (cannabis marihuana) C.D.S.A. Section 7(1)
Marcel BISSONNETTE (50) from Limoges, was arrested and charged with the following:
Marcel BISSONNETTE- Possession of a substance in Schedule 2 (cannabis marihuana) C.D.S.A. Section 4(1)
Marcel BISSONNETTE- Produce a schedule 2 substance (cannabis marihuana) C.D.S.A. Section 7(1)
The accused were released on a promise to appear and are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice of Ontario in L’Orignal, (ON) on June 24th 2015.
