(TOWNSHIP OF GUELPH/ERAMOSA, ON) – On January 26, 2018, at approximately 5:00 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a driver for a sobriety check on Wellington Road 44 near Eden Mills. Investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of marihuana.
46-year-old Gino Carmelo FUDA of Guelph has been charged with Possession of Marihuana under 30 grams and is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on February 27, 2018.
