(TOWNSHIP OF GUELPH-ERAMOSA) – On December 16, 2017 members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E.) check on Highway 7 near Eramosa-Milton Townline. At approximately 11:30 p.m. the driver of a Ford E450 entered the R.I.D.E. check.
While speaking with the driver it was discovered that the male was Driving under Suspension.
A search incident to arrest located a quantity of Cocaine.
43-year-old Ornulfo Bustos TIGLAO of Brampton has been charged with Possession of Cocaine and Driving while under Suspension. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on January 12, 2018 to answer to the charges.
