(CULROSS TWP, ON) – On February 25, 2018 at 5:11 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a suspected impaired driver operating a Silver car along Bruce County Road 4 in Culross Township. Officers located the vehicle in the village of Teeswater and the driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. Forty-two-year old Ryan NOLAN of Kincardine Township was charged with care or control while impaired and refuse breath sample. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 28, 2018 to answer to the charges.
