(HUNTSVILLE, ON) – On Monday August 5, 2013, at approximately 2:50PM officers from the Huntsville Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a theft of a bicycle from a business located on Main Street East in the Town of Huntsville.
From the investigation that followed, the police have been able to determine that the theft involved a 2013 SALSA Mukluk Ti mountain style bike with a 26 inch frame, silver in colour with blue highlights, no pedals and very large oversized tires (the tires measure 4 1/2 inches in diameter), it is lightweight (made of Titanium) and is valued at $4000.
The OPP are attempting to identify the following person who may have information regarding the theft.
Male white, approximately 25-years of age
Some facial hair
Faded red baseball hat
Dark coloured sunglasses
Wearing a black long sleeved shirt or hoody style sweater
