(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Four vehicles were stopped, and 4 drivers were charged by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment this past weekend for drinking and driving.
From Saturday November 23rd to Monday November 25th, 2013 at various times of the day and various locations across the County, Police stopped 4 vehicles for Highway Traffic Act infractions and in all 4 stops the drivers had been drinking.
As a result 25 year old Tyler SCHEAFER of Port Colborne, ON, 37 year old Shane BURGE of Haldimand County, ON, 35 year old Jeffery GRANT of Haldimand County, ON and 29 year old Grant SKIDMORE of Haldimand County, ON have been charged with Drinking and Driving offences. All 4 are to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
