4 More Victims Of Marijuana Prohibition

(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – Members of the County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) located a vehicle parked in a suspicious location on Brant School Road at approximately 11:00 p.m. on October 24, 2015.

As a result of the investigation, the County of Brant OPP have charged the following people with the following offences:

23-year-old Travis BLAHUT of the City of Brantford has been charged with possession of a Schedule lI drug less than 30 grams under the Controlled Drug and Substances Act.

20-year-old Jacob MAKELA of the City of Brantford has been charged with possession of a Schedule Il drug less than 30 grams under the Controlled Drug and Substances Act.

19-year-old Eileen MOSHER-LAROCQUE of the City of Brantford has been charged with possession of a Schedule Il drug less than 30 grams under the Controlled Drug and Substances Act.

A young offender, whose name cannot be released under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, has also been charged with possession of a Schedule l drug and possession of a Schedule lI drug less than 30 grams under the Controlled Drug and Substances Act.

All the involved persons will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date to answer to the charges.
