(KEMPTVILLE, ON) – The Grenville County Crime Unit of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), under the direction of Detective Inspector Peter Donnelly of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB), with the assistance of the Ottawa Police Service (OPS) have arrested and charged a 3rd man involved in an investigation into the suspicious death of 27-year-old Deepak BEAUDOIN-REICHMANN, of Niagara Region, who was reported missing by family members on October 5, 2015.
During the evening of Monday, November 2, 2015, members of the Ottawa Police Service located and arrested 20-year-old Kyle Robert CLERMONT, of Ottawa at a residence in Ottawa without incident.
He is charged with:
1. Indignity to a Dead Body
2. Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence
David Robert LOJK, 26 and Matthew Vincent BENOIT, 30, both of Ottawa, remain in custody.
Clermont is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Brockville, ON, today, November 3, 2015.

The body of Beaudoin-Reichmann was discovered deceased shortly before 6:30 pm on October 14, 2015 in the area of County Road 18 and County Road 20 – east of Bishop Mills in North Grenville. The cause of death has yet to be determined.
