(NORTH BAY, ON) – On January 3, 2015, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau (OCEB), North Bay Drug Unit conducted a vehicle stop on Highway 11 in the Municipality of Callander as a result of a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act investigation.
As a result of this investigation 384 grams of cocaine, 737 grams of marihuana along with a large quantity of cash and a Cadillac Escalade was seized. Jason KAYE, 35, of Sturgeon Falls is charged with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purposes of Trafficking and one count of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime. He was released from custody on a Promise to Appear at Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay on February 10, 2015.
