(GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On August 16, 2019 at 7:54 p.m. Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a (grey) Sport Utility Vehicle travelling on Highway 10, south of Markdale, at an excessively high rate of speed.
