(SPRINGWATER TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On October 31st, 2016 at approximately 5:45 p.m. a member of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report that a female appeared unconscious in a motor vehicle that was parked at a business on Yonge Street South in the Village of Elmvale and was running.
A further investigation of the driver of this motor vehicle revealed that she was under the influence of a drug that impaired her ability to safely control it.
Charged with “Care or Control while Impaired by Drug” is Jenna L. LACKIE 31 years old from Springwater Twp. First appearance is November 22nd, 2016 in Collingwood court.
