(RED LAKE, ON.) On February 3rd, 2015 members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Drug Action Team, Drug Enforcement Unit and Red Lake Detachment executed a search warrant at a residence in Madsen.
Police located marihuana within the residence with a street value of over $3000.
As a result of the investigation Jeff Szuky (36 years old) and Dawn Babin (31 years old) of Madsen, have each been charged with one count of Possession of Marihuana for the Purposes of Trafficking, contrary to section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act.
Both have been released from custody by way of Promise to Appear and are to attend Red Lake court March 25th, 2015.
