(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On February 11, 2016 at approximately 2:01 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Proton Street South in the Township of Southgate and found the driver of the vehicle, a 2007 Chrysler 300, to be suspended from driving for unpaid fines.
30-year old Matthew GAGLIARDI of the Municipality of Grey Highlands was issued a Summons for driving while under suspension under the Highway Traffic Act (HTA). He is scheduled to appear in court on March 14, 2016 in Owen Sound.
