During the early morning of May 29, 2015 3 male youths were arrested in the area of Sims Estate in the city of Kitchener for stealing property from several motor vehicles parked at residential properties. The males were allegedly targeting vehicles with windows down or left unlocked. A successful K9 search was conducted in the area with several stolen items recovered. There is additional property seized from the youths with an owner not yet identified. All three males were charged jointly with several counts of property related offences and a small amount of marihuana also seized.
