3 DAY SUSPENSION AND OPEN LIQUOR AT RIDE CHECK

(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On Saturday, November 2, 2013 at approximately 10:50 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was conducting a R.I.D.E. program on the West Back Line in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.

A 2005 Pontiac GC5 vehicle was stopped and an open container of alcohol was observed inside the vehicle.

The driver of the vehicle, Bonham Gage HILL, 20, of West Grey, was charged with Young Driver – Blood Alcohol Content (B.A.C.) Above Zero and was issued a issued a 3 day driver’s licence suspension under the Highway Traffic Act.

Police also charged passenger, Donny John BALL, 20, of Grey Highlands, with having liquor in an open container in other than a licences premises, residence or private place under the Liquor Licence Act.
