28 Year Old From Dungannon Facing Impaired Charges

(NORTH MIDDLESEX, ON) – On August 15, 2019, at approximately 12:45 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were on patrol and conducted a traffic stop on Neil Road, in the Municipality of North Middlesex.

Upon further investigation, police determined that the driver was impaired. The driver was arrested and transported to a police station for further testing.

As a result of the police investigation, Ryan BOAK, 28-year-old of Dungannon, Ontario was charged with following offences, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CC);

Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus); and with,

Operation While Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs

The accused was issued a 90 day Automatic Drivers Licence Suspension (ADLS), and the vehicle was impounded for seven days. They are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in London, Ontario on September 23, 2019.
