(ORILLIA, ON) – The Orillia OPP Street Crime Unit (SCU), Community Drug Action Team (CDAT), Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU), Canine Unit, OPP Aviation Services and members of the Orillia OPP executed a warrant at a Ramara Township property.
On October 5, 2016 officers attended an address on the 5th Side Road where they seized and destroyed approximately 2600 marihuana plants from a large outdoor grow operation. Police arrested 10 people at the scene and they have all been charged with drug related offences.
The parties were released on a Promise to Appear in Orillia Criminal Court on December 6, 2016.
