(KAPUSKASING, ON) – On May 22, 2015, at around 6:45 a.m., Kapuskasing Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call for service with regards to a naked male in the hallway urinating in a cigarette bin at a McPherson Avenue address. As a result of that police investigation, Joseph WESLEY, 26, of Timmins, has been charged with the following criminal offences:
Adult Indecent Act per section 173(1)(b) of the Criminal Code (CC)
Adult Mischief Under $5000 as per section 430(4) (CC)
Adult being intoxicated in a common area 31(4) Liquor Licence Act
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Kapuskasing on July 13, 2015.
