(TINY TOWNSHIP, ON) – On December 18, 2015 at approximately 1:31 a.m. a member of the Southern Georgian Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on a speeding motor vehicle in Tiny Township.
As a result of the investigation, Dillon Lee JACKSON (age 25) of Penetanguishene, ON has been charged with:
Driving While Under Suspension contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
Speeding contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
Fail To Notify Change of Address contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
Class G1 licence holder – Drive at Unlawful hour contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
Fail To have Insurance contrary to the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act
The male accused is scheduled to appear in Provincial Offences Court of Justice in Penetanguishene on February 4, 2015
