$240,000 Of Tires Stolen

(INGERSOLL, ON) – The Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a break and enter to a business on Ingersoll Street South in Ingersoll, which occurred at approximately 12:28 a.m. on December 22, 2014.

Stolen from Hercules Tire were two (2) trailers containing tires with an approximate value of $240,000.

The tires stolen are described as follows:

Michelin Latitude Tour RP, size 245/60R18 105T

The description of the trailers is as follows:

2006 Trailmobile trailer, white in colour with blue “SLH” decals, bearing Ontario marker C9003D and trailer number 774002 located on the front and rear of the trailer.

2005 Manac trailer, white in colour with blue “SLH” decals, bearing Ontario marker B6067M and trailer number 773809 located on the front and rear of the trailer.

The OPP is asking residents to be vigilant for suspicious vehicles or persons that may be in your neighbourhoods. The public should try to get descriptions, licence plate numbers, direction of travel and report the information immediately to their local police service. It is important for this information to get to police when the suspects may still be in the area.
