(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On April 28, 2016, at approximately 2:26 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle on Grey Rd. 8 in the Township of Southgate after recognizing the driver who is known to be disqualified from driving.
The vehicle, a 2013 Volkswagen DTS, was found to be stolen from the Township of Southgate.
24-year old Bradley Robert FERGUSON of the Township of Southgate was arrested and charged with three counts of driving while disqualified and theft over of a motor vehicle.
He was held in custody pending a bail hearing scheduled for April 28, 2016.
