24 Year Old Caught Going 150 in an 80

(KINLOSS TWP, ON) – On January 24, 2016 at 3:21 p.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Bruce County Road 1 in Kinloss Township noticed a Red Subaru ITJ moving at a high rate of speed. The vehicle speed was displayed on radar at more than 150 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone. The driver, a 24-year-old Huron-Kinloss man, was charged with race a motor vehicle. This offence carries an automatic 7 day vehicle impound and a 7 day licence suspension.
