(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 22 year old male with operating a motor vehicle with a drinking and driving offence at a River Road, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Sunday January 10th, 2016 at approximately 7:50am, members of the Haldimand OPP stopped a vehicle on River Road, Haldimand County for a Highway Traffic Act violation.
As a result of the investigation the driver of the vehicle identified as 22 year old Scott MOERSCHFELDER of Haldimand County, ON has been charged with Operate Motor Vehicle with over the legal limit of alcohol. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
