(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On January 31st, 2016 at approximately 2:15 a.m., a member of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a motor vehicle on Shore Lane that had failed to stop for a stop sign posted on this road.
An OPP investigation into the driver of this motor vehicle revealed that she was operating it while under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Exceed 80 mgs.” is Alyssa PUCCINI 22 years of age from Wasaga Beach. First appearance is February 23rd, 2016 in Collingwood court. Police have further charged the accused with “Disobey Stop Sign – Fail to Stop” under the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
