(CAVAN-MONAGHAN TOWNSHIP, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) clocked a vehicle at 166Km/h in the 100km/h zone on Highway 115 near Peterborough County Road 28, shortly before 8:00pm last evening.
Robert KUCHARSKI (age 22) of Oshawa, ON was charged with Stunt driving in relation to excessive speed. His driver’s licence was suspended for seven days and his 2005 Chrysler 300 was impounded.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, Ontario on April 10, 2017.
