(NORTH BAY, ON) – At approximately 11:15 p.m., on May 17, 2018, officers from the North Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a traffic complaint in the City of North Bay, Ontario. The caller advised that three males were travelling across the province and bragging on Snapchat about being on bender”.
