(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 21-year-old male after police investigated an incident at a County Road 30, Middleton, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Sunday, April 17, 2016 at approximately 7:49 p.m., an Oxford County OPP officer was in the area of Rokeby Side Road and County Road 30 when a vehicle attracted the attention of the officer.
A pickup truck was observed travelling in a northwest direction on County Road 30 when the officer noted that the passenger in the rear of the truck was engaged in an indecent act.
The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated at an Old Vienna Road address.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 21-year-old Alex BAUER of Tillsonburg, Ontario with indecent act and fail to properly wear seat belt.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
