21 Year Old Arrested For Drunk Driving

(TEMISKAMING SHORES, ON) – On September 1, 2018, at approximately 2:20 a.m., members of the Temiskaming Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), stopped a motor vehicle for a traffic infraction on Armstrong Street, in Temiskaming Shores, Ontario.

Further investigation revealed that the driver had been consuming alcohol.

The 21-year-old male driver, Kevin BEAUDRY-GRAVEL of Temiskaming Shores, Ontario was arrested and charged for:

Drive while ability impaired, contrary to section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code (C.C.), and

Drive with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in blood, contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the C.C.,

The vehicle was towed from the scene and impounded. The accused was released by way of Promise to Appear (PTA). He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on September 11, 2018, in Haileybury, Ontario.
