(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment is investigating the theft of a boat and trailer from a Cricklewood Crescent, Shelter Cover, Haldimand County, ON address.
Sometime between Monday September 21st, and Saturday September 22nd, 2015 unknown(s) attended the Shelter Cove Marina area and removed a black and grey 2001 19 foot Tracker Targa aluminum boat from its secured mooring dock. It was then loaded onto a trailer, which exited in an unknown direction. The boat was equipped with 2 outboard motors a 135 hp 2006 Mercury Marine Optimax and a 9.9 hp 2008 Mercury Marine Pro Kicker. Value of the theft is estimated to be approximately $26,000 dollars.
