(WEST PERTH, ON) – A suspended driver was located by a member of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Perth County detachment following a traffic stop in the Municipality of West Perth on August 11, 2018.
The motorist was located on Perth Line 18, shortly after 2:00 p.m. Through investigation, it was determined that the driver was currently suspended.
As a result, twenty-year-old Ramin MAW LA DAD of Kitchener was charged with:
Drive while under suspension.
The vehicle was towed and impounded and the driver is scheduled to appear in court at a later date to speak to the charge.
