(THUNDER BAY, ON) On Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at approximately 1:45 am, officers from the Thunder Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a vehicle that had entered the ditch on Hazelwood Drive in Gorham Township.
Officers attended the scene and determined the driver had been consuming alcohol, the driver was transported to Thunder Bay Detachment for further tests.
As a result of the investigation, Kyle TRAVISS, 20 years of age, from Thunder Bay was arrested and charged with:
-Care or Control of a Motor Vehicle While Impaired,
-Care or Control of a Motor Vehicle with Over 80 mgs of Alcohol contrary to the Criminal Code.
He is to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Thunder Bay on March 25, 2016 to answer to the charges.
