(SUDBURY, ON) – At 8:19 a.m., on December 21, 2015, Sudbury Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single vehicle motor vehicle collision on Highway 17, in the City of Greater Sudbury.
Investigation revealed a passenger car travelling eastbound left the roadway, entered the centre median and came to rest in the ditch.
Maude Clermont, 20 years of age, from Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, was charged with Careless Driving, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
